In September, Encova Insurance CEO Dave Kaufman announced his plans to retire at the end of the year. President and COO TJ Obrokta Jr. will serve as president and CEO effective Jan. 1, 2020.
Encova leadership reflected on Dave’s 33-year tenure in a video presented to him at a recent dinner with the board of directors.
“Working for Dave is a privilege,” Motorists Life President Mike Agan said.
