Encova Insurance announces new vice presidents

Encova Insurance is excited to welcome Zach Webber, FCAS, MAAA, as vice president, Corporate Actuarial, and Boppana Rao as vice president, enterprise digitization, AI and data.

Zach brings nearly two decades of actuarial experience across both commercial and personal lines, with a strong foundation in reserving and pricing. His career includes impactful roles at the Ohio Bureau of Workers’ Compensation and Nationwide Insurance.

In his new role, Zach will lead Encova’s Corporate Actuarial team, focusing on reserving and statistical reporting – two areas critical to Encova’s continued success and strategic growth.

Boppana joins Encova’s Information Technology organization as vice president, enterprise digitization, AI and data. Prior to joining Encova, Boppana held leadership roles at Abercrombie & Fitch and Safelite.

He brings extensive experience leading enterprise-wide digital modernization initiatives across the insurance and retail sectors, with a focus on cloud-native architecture, AI/ML adoption and data governance.
