Encova Insurance welcomed Sharon Goodwine to their board of directors in November when she attended her first board meeting. The board voted on her election in August of this year.
Goodwine is executive vice president and chief human resources officer for Synovus Bank and previously was head of enterprise talent and executive vice president of Wells Fargo. Goodwine was elected to serve on the board of directors until the next annual meeting in April 2023, at which point she will be nominated for a three-year term.
