The member special meetings for Motorists Mutual Insurance Company, BrickStreet Mutual Insurance Company, Motorists Commercial Mutual Insurance Company, Phenix Mutual Fire Insurance Company, Iowa Mutual Insurance Company and Wilson Mutual Insurance Company will take place in person as indicated in the notice of special meeting mailed to each member of the respective companies.
