New IDT911 materials are available on the Agents-Only website. Whether policyholders need data breach protection for their businesses or identity theft protection for their families, we have them covered through IDT911.

You can access helpful resources, such as agent FAQ sheets and policyholder fliers, on the Agents-Only website. 

If your policyholder believes they are a victim of identity theft or a security breach, advise them to call Claims at 800-876-8766. Claims will then refer them to an IDT911 fraud specialist or breach advisor.
