Personal lines credit card rejection courtesy letters to be discontinued

We are always looking for ways to improve our processes and be more efficient. Effective the end of this month, we will no longer send courtesy letters to personal lines policyholders notifying them when their credit cards have been rejected.

Our research found that when a credit card is rejected, the bank or credit card provider sends notification to the policyholder. To avoid duplicating efforts, we will be discontinuing this service.
