Introducing our new commercial lines structure

Effective April 1, we are reorganizing our commercial lines profit center to better serve you, our customer. We’ve moved from a separated structure of new business and renewal business to a combined structure. This consolidation will allow us to better serve you long term, and ensure we fulfill our commitment of being the most responsive carrier.

As we finish conversions from legacy systems to Motorists Insurance, this is the logical next step to ensure we’re continuing to improve our service to you. By realigning our teams to focus on all commercial business in specific states, we are striving for a more responsive service and consistent experience for our agency partners. Your dedicated commercial lines team is accountable for the needs of each state.

This transition will not only increase our efficiency as an organization, but will contribute to our alignment between commercial lines and workers’ compensation, as workers’ compensation is already operating in this structure.

We have listed the vice presidents and business directors and the states they are responsible for below. If you have questions, contact your agency manager.
