Affiliation success: 'I just wanted to say thank you'

In May, Frank Shrewsbery, one of our district sales managers, received an email from Raye King White, the president and chief operating officer of Commercial Insurance Services.

“[Frank] answered my last-minute request and jumped back into this account after we thought it was dead,” Raye said. Having presold the idea of bundled coverage within the same house, Raye’s agency was concerned the client would go to a different agency and take their workers’ compensation coverage with them if Motorists couldn’t accommodate their needs. After many late nights of requoting, Frank successfully put the new package together and allowed the agency to add the additional coverages.

“I believe this is exactly what [Motorists and BrickStreet] had in mind when they merged,” Raye said. “We want to take this story back to everyone in the office and do this over and over. Your attitude and determination came through here. Thank you again.”
