New personal lines offering provides you and policyholders with flexibility and choice

Coming later this year to Indiana, Ohio and West Virginia, we are excited to introduce more robust products and services for you and your customers.

Our enhanced services will be supported by state-of-the-art agent and policyholder portals that allow a higher level of self-service and reporting capabilities. We will offer a digital-first experience with features like paperless document delivery and automated payment functionality.

Another feature of Encova’s new personal lines solution is Encova ChoicePak. Available for both auto and home, Encova ChoicePak gives you complete flexibility to customize discounted coverage packages for your policyholders. We will also offer Encova Premier Homeowners: perfect for higher net worth customers who value a more comprehensive product and may be less price conscious.

The new products will have many industry-leading coverages and discounts and are in line with the most current ISO auto, dwelling fire and personal umbrella programs, along with the 2011 ISO homeowners program. The personal auto program will include miscellaneous vehicle types (with some state exceptions) on one policy; home will include HO 3, 4, 5 and 6 forms, along with expanded watercraft coverage; dwelling fire will include DP 1 and 3 base forms; and personal umbrella limits will be available up to $10 million.
