Strategic Accounts handles your most high-profile general liability and automobile business

You’ve experienced our ability to handle large workers’ compensation exposures, and you can trust us to handle your customers’ non-workers’ compensation coverage needs. We know that placing this business with Encova demonstrates your confidence in us, and we take that seriously.

Strategic Accounts will write accounts that generate premium roughly in excess of $250,000 per policy. With over $2.2 million in new business premium through the first six months of 2020, we are encouraged by your support. We hope more of you see our capabilities and reach out with some of your larger customers.

Accounts in the following industries represent some of our desired general liability classes:

  • Air conditioning and heating equipment manufacturing
  • Automotive parts manufacturing
  • Automobile parts suppliers and distributors
  • Electrical and electronic equipment manufacturing or distribution
  • Food processors
  • Food wholesalers
  • Furniture manufacturing – metal or wood, including office
  • Machinery or equipment dealers – including installation, servicing or repair
  • Metal goods processing, manufacturing or stamping works non-structural
  • Retail stores – food, clothing, etc.
  • Restaurants and eating establishments
  • Service (various operations) establishments
  • Wood products manufacturing

Strategic Accounts will also write business auto coverage in most of the same industries, but we recognize that the automobile coverage often generates much higher premiums. We will entertain the following industries, among others:

  • All fleets related to the types of operations above
  • Construction – light to moderate contracting
  • Limited long-haul trucking operations may be entertained for owner’s vehicles carrying owner’s goods as part of a profitable account opportunity

We will entertain general liability and business auto accounts without the customer’s workers’ compensation coverage, but we prefer to couple our workers’ compensation coverage and services with general liability and business auto.
