Available for you: personal lines training resources in Encova Edge

Did you know there are many helpful training resources available to you in Encova Edge, our state-of-the-art agent portal? On the Training tab of the Resources and Marketing page, you’ll find several resources, including our Encova Edge user guide, agent FAQ and underwriting guidelines. These resources will help you become familiar with our new Exceed products and the process of writing personal lines business in Encova Edge.

You will also find our monthly training calendar on the Training tab. This calendar is color coded so you can easily find training sessions available for each line of business. When you click the link for a session you’re interested in, you’ll be able to register for the session.
