Encova Life moves online payments to One Inc

Encova Life is moving online payments to a new vendor, One Inc, effective immediately. Using One Inc’s modern platform will allow us to provide a better payment solution for you and your life insurance policyholders.

Policyholders can use the Encova Life Pay Bill page on encova.com to pay online with a credit card, debit card or an electronic check payment. To eliminate confusion, policyholders should update any life payment bookmarks to this page. Recurring payments are coming soon, but are not available at this time. Policyholders can also pay over the phone by calling 855-815-0631.

Policyholders will no longer receive charges or communications from Fiserv; all communication will come from One Inc.
