COMING SOON: IMPROVED SELF-SERVICE FEATURES IN ENCOVA EDGE

At Encova, we believe in continuously improving the way we do business with you, our valued agency partners. We know you need more capabilities in Encova Edge, and that’s why we’re developing a self-service application that allows you to manage who from your agency can access our systems.

Currently in Encova Edge, workers’ compensation users have a self-service option, but commercial lines and personal lines do not. After our improved experience is live, agents in all lines of business will be able to manage agency access. You’ll also be able to choose security levels for each user, allowing you to customize the capabilities of your team. In addition to user maintenance, you’ll be able to maintain general agency information, such as addresses, phone numbers and errors and omissions.

Each agency will have a system administrator who oversees access for the agency. Encova representatives will soon start contacting agency owners and principals so you can identify your system administrator. We will train all agency system administrators before we launch this improved and more consistent experience.
