Personal lines to move from combined bill to policy-level bill

We heard your feedback about challenges using our personal lines combined billing in Encova Edge. To ensure a better experience, we are removing the option to group policies together on a combined bill.

• New business issued on or after July 24, 2021, will be on a policy-level bill.
• Renewals effective Sept. 7, 2021, and later will be on a policy-level bill.

Log in to Encova Edge and go to the Training tab to review our personal lines user guide, Encova Edge Pay & Issue and AutoPay document and Exceed insurance agent FAQ for updated instructions on billing.

If you have policyholders who are impacted by this change, our Customer Service team will send you a list of those policyholders before Aug. 2, 2021.

Note: This change is only for personal lines. Commercial lines still offers combined billing.
