Grow your business with our 2021 Co-op Advertising Program
We value hard work and partnership, and our priority is to see your agency prosper as you build relationships with new and existing policyholders. Our Co-op Advertising Program is a tool for qualifying agents to grow their book of business through advertising and promotions.
If your agency’s written premium was at least $250,000 as of Dec. 31, 2020, and your agency’s three-year loss ratio is 52% or less, Encova will pay 50% of your advertising costs up to the aggregate limit shown below.
Agencies appointed in 2021 qualify for a $1,000 advertising allowance.
To determine your 2020 direct written premium, review the 2020 profit share statement. Statements are mailed to the primary agency in a group. Qualifying agencies were notified via email to the agency principal on Wednesday, Feb. 24.
We recently developed a Co-op Advertising Program kit with all of the information you need to know, including how to submit requests, receive payment and work with our brand guidelines. Each agency must adhere to Encova’s brand guidelines to receive reimbursement. Commercial lines and personal lines agents can find the kit in Encova Edge under the Resources and Marketing tab, and workers’ compensation agents can find the kit in Encova Edge on the left-hand sidebar.
